CONE FILLING MACHINE can fill varieties of ICE CREAM such as plain or with ingredients or with ripple using required attachment.

All contact parts are of SS304 or Food grade material.
Filling quantity : 50cc to 100cc
Machine output : 3000 cones/Hr of any size
Round cone : Maximum 60mm . 150mm height
Power requirement : 0.5 HP motor
1 KW heater for chocolate topping
1 KW heater for chocolate dozer
Air supply : 1000 liter/minute at 6-kg. depends upon Maximum speed
Ingredient size : 8mm x 8mm x 8mm maximum

Dispensing of cone, manually
Cone expansion
Chocolate spray into cones

Cardboard lid dispenser
