Automatic fancy tub filling machine for i sundae/ii sundae/multi flower tubs
Machine can fill
750 ml tub : 20 tubs / min
500 ml round tub : 40 tubs / min
750 ml II in I sundae : 20 tubs / min
For filling separate tub, there is no need to change any settings in machine indexing.
We can change machine speed through port from the panel d
It shows the present speed of machine when machine is under production.
We have provided 4 Nos wheel & 4 Nos adjustable ball feet, so we can shift the machine after production.
There is no need of Foundation.

Cup sensing
Filling (Adjustable two filling nozzles)

Chocolate topping (Chocolate topping for multi flower tubs)

Ejecting/push of tub from conveyor to table
