Automatic Rotary Cup Filling Machine (M:CF-600/800)

MODEL : CF-600/CF-800

Machine is suitable to fill 900 to 1800 cups per hour, of 200 cc. to 500 cc. CF-600/CF-800 is suitable for filling various products like liquids, semi-liquid OR viscous as :processed cheese, cheese spread, pizza cheese, shrikhand, jam, soft butter, cream, honey, margarine, yoghurt, ketchup, fruit drinks, syrup, oil, ghee,etc. (Free flowing material can also be packed on weight basis.)

Various types of filling heads can be provided with or without splash proof filling nozzle.

Filling speed is adjustable to avoid tail of the product.
Filling quantity can be adjusted while machine is in operation.

CF-600/CF-800 is equipped with following stations :
  • Cup release station.
  • Filling station.
  • Foil placing station.
  • Heat sealing station.
  • Ejecting station.

Facilities available:

  • No cup-no filling

  • No cup-no foil

  • No cup-no seal

    All contact parts are made of SS-304 or food grade marterial.
