Our filling machine can fill verities of ICE CREAM such as plain or with Ingredients or with Ripple using required attachments offered with the machine.

Output :

Minimum 1500 Cups/Hour of 100 cc suitable for 150 liter/hour freezer.
Maximum 3000 Cups/Hour of 100 cc suitable for 300 liter/hour freezer.
All contact parts are of SS-304 or food grade material.

Model IC-30 is fully Automatic Machine having following operations :

• Dispensing of cups. (Dispensing of Cons Manually)


• Cone Expansion
• Chocolate Spray in Biscuit Cone.
• Filling of Ice-Cream into Cups/Cone.
• Top Filling with Chocolate or Fruit Syrup.
• Dry Nut Sprinkilng.
• Card Board LID Dispensor.
• Closing of Cones
• Ejecting of the finished Cones or Cups.
