product to be packed is to be provided by you
for trail purposes.

The machine using PVC or HIP film will form 100
Pkt/minute. The Pkt. or cups can be of any shape
i.e. square, rectangular or round. The product
i.e. Butter/Cheese etc. will be filled in these
cups. The top of the cups will be sealed by Aluminium
foil or laminated paper which is preprinted. The
batch no, manufacturing date & M.R.P. etc.will
be marked on the machine.
These Pkts. pass through a Die where they are
cut to the required size. The waste film is collected
on a separate roller. The whole operation is fully
automatic. One helper is required to keep filling
the hopper for Butter/Cheese any other liquids.
The construction of the machine is such that it
can be opened for cleaning in just 5 minutes and
after washing and drying (in about 15 minutes)
can be reassembled in another 5 minutes.
All parts coming in contact with product are made
of stainless Steel AISI-304.
The machine is PLC controlled and pneumatics used
are from FESTO or equivalent.
The product weight in each pkt will be within
+ 4% as per statuary requirements. Each individual
pkt of 10 gm. will contain all the information
required like MRP. MFD. weight etc.
